[Fiware-lab-help] R: Error to connect instance with ssh

Dear Pablo,
could you kindly provide us your tenant ID?

Did you previously be able to reach such Public IP? Or are you trying for the first time?
In the latter case, I would suggest to you to check:

-          If there is a security group associated to the VM

-          if the rules of such security group  allow to reach the port 22

Hi,

I have a problem when i try to connect mi putty client with mi instance of Fiware Lab Cloud.
I have the IP public: 130.206.112.188 but not have response from outside.

Please, can you help me with this?
