[Fiware-lab-help] [FI-Lab] missing VM

Dear FIWARE-Lab HelpTeam,

As part of the FIspace project we are using the FIWARE Lab for having a virtual machine as testing and demonstration environment for apps developed for the FIspace platform.

Recently my colleagues and I noticed that our virtual machine is disappeared in the FI-Lab. The machine's name is "Schorsch" (address: http://130.206.83.77/) and was created by the account "reimer at atb-bremen.de<mailto:reimer at atb-bremen.de>".

Please provide us Information about the status of the virtual machine as well as about the status of the used account. Because we want to use this account and virtual machine for demonstration purposes, this is an urgent request. Therefore please inform me ASAP or point me to a responsible contact.
