[Fiware-lab-help] Zurich Floating IP problem

Dear Sir or Madam,

we have an instance running on a Zurich node with a public floating IP 
and until today everything was working as it should. Today something 
must have changed on the infrastructure since the communication with the 
outside world stopped working. I have tried rebooting the instance (with 
no success), the I detached the floating IP and now I am unable to 
attach it - I get a message saying:
"*Error: *Error allocating IP address. Cause: 500 Error"

Since our team is using the infrastructure on a daily basis, I would 
really be glad if I could get some information or pointers who should I 
contact to get things running again.
