Dear Ivan, Unfortunately, Budapest node is overloaded, and the error message below is returned because there is no free public IP addresses that can be assigned to your project. We will double our computational capacity as well as the IP pool size in the next month. As a short term solution, I can advise that you should try another less loaded region. However, we try to free some resources.... If we manage to do that, I will inform you. Sorry for the inconvenience.
