Hello Marco,

I tried again to set up a Volume

Region: Zuerich

Instance ID: 7c13e4a2-07a5-4f9f-b9f7-24bfaa117ee0

Tenent ID: (ID 00000000000000000000000000005340)

Following problem: When I try to attach an Instance to a volume the
'spinner' hang

after reloading the site, there is the volume with attachment.#

If I want to delete the volume, the link doesn't work too

COMMAND LINE OUTPUT:

[root at oriontest /]# ifconfig eth0

Is this a security issue - no authorisation to do so?

Next I tried was to follow the video: "http://help.lab.fiware.org/" =>
Blueprints

Creating a template => works

Add Tiers => works

Lunch Instance => don't work

ERROR:

Error: Infrastructure error Error creating server: {"overLimit": {"message":
"Quota exceeded for instances: Requested 1, but already used 3 of 3
instances", "code": 413, "retryAfter": "0"}}

Am I limited to 3 instances? Where is this set up?

How can I change it?

Upadeting the tier instance numbers gives followinh ERROR:

Error updating tier tiertest. Cause: 403 Error

{"message":"The environment is being used by an
instance#1fsyprgn256qp4oleia81pt10","code":40}

The Instance descript in the ERROR hint isn't one I have deployed.

I have:

*	Name:  MyUbuntu
*	ID:  7c13e4a2-07a5-4f9f-b9f7-24bfaa117ee0
*	Status:  ACTIVE

*	Name:  POI Instance
*	ID:  31da95f3-6cc1-4e52-b887-a3d9a347d913
*	Status:  ACTIVE

*	Name:  zuerich-SSD
*	ID:  80330cfc-e73b-4910-9e6c-305236dff6ec
*	Status:  ACTIVE

Where do I get further hints to the error messages?

Please provide us with an ERROR Database and hints to solve such problems.

An Update of the help videos would be good too, they are mostly made on
older versions.

It would be also good, if there would be a source of help files/videos/
slides ordered by version of FI-WARE and / GE's.

It's annoying to run into errors caused by wrong/old tutorials.

Going to try another tutorial......

Thanks

Have Fun

Dear Tim,

I would suggest to try again. In this case, if you will experience yet some
issue, let us know which region you are using (if Zurich or a different
one).

You keep in mind that most of part of regions provide Floating IPs only on
request (apart from Spain that temporarily has run out of the resources).

About the tenant ID (or Project ID), you can find it selecting your project
name: look at the info bar at the bottom of the page, something like
<project-name> (ID 00000000000000000000000000000xyz).

Please, in the future, keep the list fiware-lab-help at lists.fi-ware.org in
CC: this is essential to properly handle your help request through our
trouble ticketing system.

Best regards

Marco

Hello Marco,
here the instance ID: 7c13e4a2-07a5-4f9f-b9f7-24bfaa117ee0
I don't know where to find the tenant ID The region I use is Zuerich

It might be that the error rise while I was trying to use Cypras as region (
spain2 didn't provide public IP's anymore)

And that the instance I used was: ID: 80330cfc-e73b-4910-9e6c-305236dff6ec

Should I try again to let the error rise up again?

Let me know.
Tim

P.S. I used this email address, because the IP of my other seems to blocked
for some reasons.
