Cause: 403 Error {"message":"The environment is being used by an instance#1fsyprgn256qp4oleia81pt10","code":40} The Instance descript in the ERROR hint isn't one I have deployed. I have: * Name: MyUbuntu * ID: 7c13e4a2-07a5-4f9f-b9f7-24bfaa117ee0 * Status: ACTIVE * Name: POI Instance * ID: 31da95f3-6cc1-4e52-b887-a3d9a347d913 * Status: ACTIVE * Name: zuerich-SSD * ID: 80330cfc-e73b-4910-9e6c-305236dff6ec * Status: ACTIVE Where do I get further hints to the error messages? Please provide us with an ERROR Database and hints to solve such problems. An Update of the help videos would be good too, they are mostly made on older versions. It would be also good, if there would be a source of help files/videos/ slides ordered by version of FI-WARE and / GE's. It's annoying to run into errors caused by wrong/old tutorials. Going to try another tutorial...... Thanks Have Fun TimE _____ Von: Cipriani Marco [mailto:marco2.cipriani at telecomitalia.it] Gesendet: Montag, 16. In this case, if you will experience yet some issue, let us know which region you are using (if Zurich or a different one). You keep in mind that most of part of regions provide Floating IPs only on request (apart from Spain that temporarily has run out of the resources). About the tenant ID (or Project ID), you can find it selecting your project name: look at the info bar at the bottom of the page, something like <project-name> (ID 00000000000000000000000000000xyz). Please, in the future, keep the list fiware-lab-help at lists.fi-ware.org in CC: this is essential to properly handle your help request through our trouble ticketing system.
