[Fiware-lab-help] Unable to associate IP

Hi,
I seem to be unable to associate an IP address to a VM instance.

The browser sends a request to URL:
https://cloud.lab.fiware.org/Stockholm/compute/v2/00000000000000000000000000011409/servers/b7bb0c9e-7fd2-46a9-b596-3d9a5cb37f82/action

...with payload:

 1.
    {addFloatingIp: {address: "194.28.122.88", fixed_address:
    "10.101.10.14"}}


This yields a response of:

 1.
    {"badRequest": {"message": "Error. Unable to associate floating ip",
    "code": 400}}


I checked the tutorial video, and as far as I can tell, everything 
should be correct. Please advise!
