[Fiware-lab-help] R: FI-Lab Assistance

Dear Dino,
you can use the following link to state whether you accept or not the new defined policies: http://terms.lab.fiware.org/accept .
You may be asked to login using your current FIWARE Lab account.
The process will be applied in different steps, starting from 24/02/2015.
Instructions, procedures and application forms for “community” account will be soon available and communicated to the users.

Hi,

on the page: https://forge.fiware.org/plugins/mediawiki/wiki/fiware/index.php/FIWARE_Lab:_Upgrade_to_Community_Account

it says: "The access to the upgrade account request is available in the help page of the FIWARE Lab [1]<http://help.lab.fiware.org/> and in other entry points available in the Lab."

I was there and there is no link or text mentioning upgrades? Where can i find it?
