[Fiware-lab-help] Instance comunication error

Good day, this mail is to ask for your help again.

Yesterday and today we check our instances in the portal of Fi-ware Lab and
we note that the 'Status' is 'Active', the task is 'Pausing' but the Power
State is 'Shut Off'. Previously we had the same problem so we need your
help again for solve this problem. The IP Address of the instance is
10.0.0.17 and public IP address is 130.206.83.44.

We appreciate support us as soon as possible, since we will have some
presentations this week and require active servers to show our application.
