[Fiware-lab-help] Santander platform

with one of the students here at the University of Perugia Italy we'd 
like to work on the sensors of Santander or any other smart city.
I understood that can be used as cloud where I can reserve some of them 
for testing our application.
Going to the site

everything seems to be removed.
I checked on FiWare but I don't understand if it is possible.
Can you help?
