Dear Mr. Santoro,
 I don't have a preference for region, I have tried out several region
Czeck, Spain and Stochlom but till now with no sucess in setting up a
running VM.  Seems like rather easy task, setup an image, open ports,
generate keys alocate and associate IP, and usually this takes about ten
minutes, but until now I had no luck, there is always some kind of error.
