Hi,

until last week my projectteam used a running vm server in the region
‘Volos’ as a testserver for our Web-App. 
On Thursday the state of the instance we used turned to STATUS = SHUTOFF and
‘Power State’ = SHUTDOWN.
We don’t see any reason for this, since we did not change anything in the
setup last week. The project name is ‘Folge 3 GmbH’ and the instance name is
‘folge-volos-inst02-l’.
Setting up a new testserver instance would really be a pain, since the
download speed of the server was not very high. Additionally it contains
some work that could probably not be recovered.
Is there a way to put this instance back to active?

P.S.: We requested fiware community upgrade and jira tickets for this
(FLUA-291 & FLUA-58) have status ‘To Do’.
