Dear all, Following your recent email reminders concerning the New IdM deployment and changes in user status (trial and community users, etc.) I have applied for my user account to be upgraded to Community Status as we are part of the FIspace project (http://fispace.eu/ ). However, all I received so far was some automated reply from your JIRA with the following content: "This request relates to a Trial of FI-Space, so the community status is approved. @Philip, you will need anywho to migrate your vm to Spain-2, the helpdesk may provide you hints on the process." I assume, this means that my community status has been approved. However, there is no indication of my user status in the FIWARE Lab web frontend. So I am not exactly sure. Since we have a VM running in FIWARE Lab cloud environment Node Spain1, which is needed for the FIspace project, I am also not sure if I have to finally migrate this VM to some other node. The text in the reminder emails is not very clear about that, e.g. the latest email states: "Only some Community Users, under strict approval by the FIWARE Lab operation team, will be allowed to stay in the Spain-1 node". If I have to migrate the VM to a different node I would kindly ask for some instructions how to do that. Is there some kind of automatic process I can follow? Or do I have to manually create a new VM and set it up again? Will I be able to keep using the same public IP for my VM? I have already sent a similar email to this list (and also asked on stackoverflow) more than a week ago but so far have received no answer. I would thus kindly ask you for some more information regarding my user account status as well as the migrating a VM issue to avoid any complications for the FIspace project. Thank you in advance.
