Dear Francesco,

You should go to the FIWARE Lab accounting portal and sign up: 
https://account.lab.fiware.org/
After that do not forget to request a community account.
You can also find more information on the FIWARE Lab education portal: 
http://edu.fiware.org/

We are migrating to a new identity management system today, resulting in 
that the cloud portal is temporarly unavailable or not working properly.
If you experience problems today, try it tomorrow or later. If the 
problem is still there, please do not hesitate to contact us.
