[Fiware-lab-help] Community account and migrating VM to a different node

Dear Federico,

thanks for the information but unfortunately there seems to have been a misunderstanding.
Today I got a message from communityaccount at fiware.org with the subject and content below.
After logging in to FIWARE lab I noticed now that I was on node "Spain-2" and my existing VM (from Spain1) is gone and not accessible anymore.

Would you please be so kind to clarify this issue? I am especially concerned with my VM and the data on it.
I seriously hope that it is not lost.

Sincerely,
Philip Reimer

Hi Philip,
it was agreed that Use Case Trials can stay on the Spain-1 to avoid them the overhead of migration. Let me know if this solve your issue.

Federico

Dear Daniele,

unfortunately, I haven't heard anything from anyone regarding my questions.
Is there anyone else I can contact? How should we proceed?

Best regards,
Philip
