Dear, Until now no reply from Volos, I will push it again. Please be aware that on May 7th there was an upgrade of the IdM and some issues were not completely solved also on the 8th. I’ve just changed my password so I assume that problem is now solved, did you double check your ska mailbox ? About the process to upgrade to Community account I don’;t have any information since at first level help-desk we don’t have such visibility.
