Buenos días Fiware, el motivo de este correo es para solicitar su ayuda con un problema que surgió al migrar la cuenta a Community User. Anteriormente el equipo de Emiti contaba con una instancia creada en la región Spain2 cuya IP pública es 130.206.116.119 y en la cual ya se estaba trabajado, el día de hoy 15 de mayo se nos envío el correo donde se nos informo que la cuenta había sido aceptada como Community User y que la región en la cual trabajaremos sera Trento, sin embargo, al acceder al Cloud Portal no encontramos la instancia creada. Intentamos acceder por medio de SSH para comprobar su acceso y pudimos realizar el ingreso al servidor de manera correcta. Pedimos su apoyo para poder continuar trabajando en esta instancia o encontrar una solución a esta problema.
