[Fiware-lab-help] FiWare accessing to Spain1

Hi my name is Jacobo Garcia, i work for Telefonica (TGR - I+D). Same Floor that IoT/FiWare devs and other members of the team and I can't access to my old machine in Spain region using oldcloud.


Complete Story:
Recently i've promoted to community user as the instance is used for some other Telefonica projects (like sM2M)

In that promoting ticket (FLUA-558) Federico Michele gave me resources in new region , as long i only need to be community user by the persistent feature .

I told him to move my old machine in region Spain to Spain2 so i woulnt use more resources that i'm actually using (FLUA-563).

Jesus Movilla sent this reply "We don't provide migrations among regions. Thus, you have to do it manually. If you want to access to Spain region, you can go to oldcloud.lab.fiware.org." and tried to acces my machine but i can see resources but can't access throught either VNC or sshing to public IP

I also wrote  Fernando Lopez Aguilar (fernando.lopezaguilar at telefonica.com) about this but he looks to be very busy those days.

How could i access to my data and at least make a backup of scripts i have there? thanks
