Dear Andrea, The migration to the new IdM was finished. Are you using this email address in the FIWARE cloud portal? If not, please send me your email address used there as username. If I understand correctly, after password change you cannot log in to the portal. Right? If you experienced other issues please send me asap. After receiving all the details, I will contact to the IdM operators to check your user account manually.
