[Fiware-lab-help] Network problems at FIWARE Lab?

Hi again,

I am aware that there are big problems with stability right now, but 
since I haven't heard from you and I still can't access our instance, I 
would very much like an update on this and an estimate for when we 
become operable again. Can you provide that?

We have a deadline soon and the missing stability of FIWARE Lab makes us 
worry about the time we waste.
