[Fiware-lab-help] Community Upgrade / fiware cloud / testbed service, blueprints?

Hi,

I'd like to access the fiware cloud service / testbed / blueprint to 
test 3d ui webtundra. However,  lab.fiware.org tells me that:

"Currently you are not authorized to use Cloud resources in any project. 
If you want to enjoy Cloud environment you can ask other users to share 
their projects with you using the Account Portal.

You can also manage your own project getting a Trial account or, if your 
Trial period has expired, applying for a community account following the 
application process 
<http://forge.fiware.org/plugins/mediawiki/wiki/fiware/index.php/FIWARE_Lab:_Upgrade_to_Community_Account>. 
"

Clicking on "application process" yields to a database error and 
"Request Community Account upgrade" to nowhere. Any suggestions?  Is the 
advertised service still available?
