[Fiware-lab-help] Server refused our key

Dear all,

We are trying to log in with user 'root' in the instance *ID: *
c29a54af-b0bc-4975-aea3-b0ee7fff1c14
created with keypair      allinbyte_filab
d0:88:73:b8:45:71:01:b2:cf:02:7e:9f:c5:ab:cd:58, and image CentOS-6.5-x64
with a security group having the port 22 open, and public IP.

We use puttygen to convert the .pem file to a .ppk to use with Putty.

We get the error "Server refused our key". The same happens with other
images.

I was unable to find the answer in similar posts. How can we solve that?
