[Fiware-lab-help] conection problems

hi,
I have problems connecting with the a machine on

My username is jartieda at yahoo.com

I've deployed an Ubuntu image, associated a public ip and assigned a
default policy.

can't connect through ssh and neither respond to pings

Any ideas ?
