[Fiware-lab-help] Missing VM instances in Trento and Lannion2

Dear Sirs,

A few weeks ago I had two VMs running on both Trento and Lannion2 nodes.
Currently I can only access the VM in Trento, though none of them appears
on my Cloud portal.

Please find below the summary of the VMs I'm talking about:

Project: FitYourBus (frontierCities accelerator)
Node: Trento
IP address: 193.205.211.116
Current status: Can connect and access via SSH, though the VM doesn't show
on the Cloud console.

Project: UDesign (FABulous accelerator)
Node: Lannion2
IP address: 195.220.224.194
Current status: Cannot access via SSH and the VM doesn't show on the Cloud
console.

What happened to my instance on Lannion2, why it isn't running anymore?
How can I recover the Cloud portal VM listings?
