Hi, Do you have other VMs in your environment? In which Fiware node are you working? Quota exceed means that you are requesting more resources than you are allowed to (e.g., number of instances, RAM, CPU, etc.). So you need to identify your quotas (i.e., slide 11 of the your link) and look which one is involved. Whether the issue still persists I'll forward your request to the specific Fiware node.
