Dear, If the two VMs are on the same subnet, they should be able to communicate not to each other. Please be aware that you should configure the right rules in the security group. Moreover in some region you can find useful this tutorial (http://goo.gl/uRzH0r) which explains how to create a subnet using the Neutron component of OpenStack. If you still have problem, please let me know more information like tenant ID, VMs IPs and region (I suppose Spain2) so I will forward your request to the specific help desk support.
