Hello, I was able to successfully allocate a Floating IP to my instance in Gent after following the instructions that were provided in HELP-4076. (Many thanks!) However, I sometimes am not able to reach the instance via the Floating IP with either SSH or ping. Is this because of maintenance of faulty network settings in my FIWARE Lab Cloud? Could someone take a look at my settings to check if I haven’t forgotten anything?
