Account creation problem

Hi, I tried to create an account  at https://account.lab.fiware.org/ but am
having problems logging in. It says the username or email address is
unknown when I try to log in, but if I try to create an account with the
email address, it says the email address is already in use.

The email address I used is admin at englishbubble.com, rather than this one,
because I'm trying to create the community account for the team, so we can
start testing on the fiware infrastructure.
