Hello!

My name is Pedro Luiz Magalhaes Cumino and I work at Gercom (
http://www.gercom.ufpa.br/) UFPA (Federal University of Pará - Brazil).
I've already sent two requests (*FLUA-2454* and *FLUA-2457*) for a
community upgrade, which would led me usa the cloud environment in the
FI-Lap platform. Moreover, I've got an error while trying to request a
trial access. It happened several times.

My project is basically develop a simple traffic control system for a smart
city environment.
