[Fiware-lab-help] Failure to register PEP Proxy for an application in IDM

Hello,

we have a problem in the FIWARE Lab Identity Manager for our account 
(dev at lucyapp.com):

after we register an application there, we would like to obtain the 
credentials for our PEP Proxy for that application in order to allow the 
PEP Proxy to validate with the IDM the token provided in the application 
requests.

To get the credentials, I go to the application page in the IDM, press 
"PEP Proxy" and then "Register a new PEP Proxy", just like Alvaro Alonso 
explains in this tutorial: https://youtu.be/b4sYU78skrw?t=11m2s.

This should result in displaying the username and password generated by 
the IDM for the Proxy, but instead I get the message "Error: Error 
registering the PEP Proxy. Please contact an administrator".

This happens for all the applications I try to register in our FIWARE 
Lab account.
