[Fiware-lab-help] FIWARE Lab Assistance - Spain 2 - Trial user account

Hi FIWARE Lab help team

I have just registered one trial user "fiwarelabdemo+1 at gmail.com" in Spain2.
I wanted to use the "brandnew" customer as example for a real "brandnew"
customer, with all the login procedure, for some demos and use cases.

Registering was successful, doing all the security work and also pinging
the machines.

But I could not connect with ssh or access the orion image under
IP:1026/version
This does work normally safely

Is this it a technical problem?
