[Fiware-lab-help] Request Community Account upgrade

Dear Sir/Madam,

I am trying to request for a Community Account since last week according to this tutorial http://forge.fiware.org/plugins/mediawiki/wiki/fiware/index.php/FIWARE_Lab:_Upgrade_to_Community_Account <http://forge.fiware.org/plugins/mediawiki/wiki/fiware/index.php/FIWARE_Lab:_Upgrade_to_Community_Account> but unfortunately your site is down http://help.lab.fiware.org/ <http://help.lab.fiware.org/>.

When you will fix this issue? Is there other way to upgrade to Community Account?
