[Fiware-lab-help] Network instance problem

Hi,

I'm trying to connect through ssh my instance housed in FIWARE CLOUD but I
can not.

I'm see in vcn_display a network error:

These are my data:


   - Region: spain2
   - Project ID : 00000000000000000000000000011656
   - User: ilko.garcia at umanick.com


What is the problem?
