Daniele Santoro commented on HELP-6950:
---------------------------------------

Dear,

Your account is a basic account. You should (at least) create a trial account in order to test the infrastructure and have minimal resources. Trial accounts expires in 2 weeks, moreover the number of Trial Users able to has reached its limit and we cannot serve your request at this moment.

If you are applying for an account on behalf of a SME or startup included in the FIWARE Accelerator Programme or wish to apply for a Community User (*) account, please submit your application http://forge.fiware.org/plugins/mediawiki/wiki/fiware/index.php/FIWARE_Lab:_Upgrade_to_Community_Account. Otherwise, please check back in 2 weeks for the next open window enabling creation of new Trial User accounts.

Best,
Daniele
