[Fiware-lab-help] FI-Lab instance is not responding

We have 2 projects hosted at FI-Lab as efop at tessera.gr. An IP has been
allocated to each one of them. The IPs are 150.254.155.36 and
150.254.155.50. Despite the fact that the status of the instances is
RUNNING, they seem to be down. We cannot access the instances via ssh. The
server is hosted at Poznan.

We are counting days towards the final evaluation of our project
(diaBEATes) and it is crucial that the instance is up and running during
the next month.
