[Fiware-lab-help] FIWARE Lab Assistance

Hi,

I just started collaborating with the team of SYP, an accelerator program member. I created an account on account.lab.fiware.org <http://account.lab.fiware.org/> and my colleague has already added my account to the “syp” organization. So far it seems I have access to an “ecausarano cloud” organization. I’m quickly browsing the platform and am still new to this infrastructure, but I was expecting to be able to switch to a “syp” project on https://cloud.lab.fiware.org/#nova <https://cloud.lab.fiware.org/#nova> to see what VMs have been deployed already. So far I seem to only be able to access “ecausarano cloud”.

Am I missing something in my configuration or do I need to apply for a regular account before being able to access the resources of “syp”? Other question: will my login be still valid in 14 days or do I need to upgrade to regular user?
