[Fiware-lab-help] FIWARE Accelerator Programme - Page always in Error

Hi FIWARE ,
I registered to your platform some days ago and  I tried to create a simple
default Virtual Machine for try some Product, but I had some problems.

I used "Cloud" tab in my dashboard and I read in this link :
http://forge.fiware.org/plugins/mediawiki/wiki/fiware/index.php/FIWARE_Lab:_Upgrade_to_Community_Account

For FIWARE Accelerator Programme, Users can apply through the help page (
http://help.lab.fi-ware.org) clicking on the “Request Community Account
upgrade” button, as displayed below..

This page http://help.lab.fi-ware.org is always down.

The error is "Error establishing a database connection".

Is it possible to partecipate to FIWARE Accelerator Programme?

How can I do this?
