Hello Fiware support!

I created an Instance, can you tell me how to login?

How to SSH login on Instance?
user name: ?
passwd:?

(I Can’t change password, in the system)
Error: Error changing password. Cause: 501 Error info<https://cloud.lab.fiware.org/>

User info:
User name: hello at syncee.io<mailto:hello at syncee.io>
Tenant name: syncee cloud
Region: Budapest2

Instance Info
Name:  Syncee server
ID:  79b7c9bf-8611-4b71-a1b5-43ee3f9194c2
Status:  ACTIVE

I completed this:

Install PuTTY and PuTTYgen from Putty website.
Locate the keypair asocciate to this Instance when launching it.
synceekey.pem

Convert your Keypair (.pem) to PPK with PuTTYgen.
Use PuTTY to connect to the Instance using its public IP (148.6.81.145) and the new PPK Keypair.

SSH connection is successful, but the server still ask the user name and password.
