[Fiware-lab-help] Instance in REBOOT state for a long time

Hello,

We have lost access to one of our intances in Spain2 region. After that, we
have tried to reboot it and now is in REBOOT state for more than 15
minutes.

   - *ID: * 8c28b477-4960-4055-b13e-f01c8dd16fcc
   - *Status: * REBOOT


We are running a living lab of FICHe accelerator.

Any ideas?
