[Fiware-lab-help] Instance rebooting

We've detected a fiber cut in one of our data centers and we are working to solve the problem.

Suddenly at aproximate 14:00h today our instance ssh has stopped working. The instance information is the following:

name: mentalcheck-instance
region: spain2
account: massimo at bipsin.com<mailto:massimo at bipsin.com>

So we tried to reboot it but the instance it's stuck in rebooting status for approximately half an hour.
How can we solve this problem?

Since January 1st, old domains won't be supported and messages sent to any domain different to @lists.fiware.org will be lost.
Please, send your messages using the new domain (Fiware-lab-help at lists.fiware.org<mailto:Fiware-lab-help at lists.fiware.org>) instead of the old one.
