[Fiware-lab-help] My instance has become unreachable

Dear Jose Ignacio and FIWARE staff,

Thanks for your fast response.

Next week we will be performing demos with real end-users in Bilbao (Spain).

I understand that FIWARE resources are provided for free and support is
excellent. But is there any way to ensure proper behaviour of my FIWARE
instance during next week?
