[Fiware-lab-help] Floating IP unassigned from an instance by itself

Hi, I have a problem.
Today web-server was down, while trying to connect to server saw that the
public floating IP has been unassigned from instance, that is I can't
connect to it. It has done it by itself.
And I can't reassign the IP address to my instance, when doing it I recieve
an 400 status error message:  {"badRequest": {"message": "No nw_info cache
associated with instance", "code": 400}}

How can I fixit asap?
