[Fiware-lab-help] FIWARE Lab Assistance - server gis with no internal IP

Dear Sirs,

Our server now has an internal and external IP address, but it's still 
inaccessible, either by HTTP or SSH. Dashboard shows it's running. We 
have already rebooted it several times.

Please advise.
