[Fiware-lab-help] Fi-Lab machine without IP Adresses

Hi,

I'm trying to access to one of my machines in Fi-Lab. This machine has a
the Public IP and the Private IP, but now this machine has not a Private IP
and Public IP, say that doesn't have IP, the field IP Adress is clear.
The information about the machine is:


   - Instance ID: 2052248c-98b5-4570-a238-ca62fc63f05b
   - Instance name: ubuntu
   - Project name: CESIS
   - Project id: *8383621c1e214b6f984d8089a2595224*
   - Region: Spain2
   - Private IP: dont have and can not associate it
   - Public IP: dont have
