Hi, I would like recover my ID and TOKEN from cosmos.lab-fiware.org.

I followed the instructions in
https://ask.fiware.org/question/431/how-can-i-get-space-on-new-cosmos-global-instance-hdfs/

and

http://stackoverflow.com/questions/31187977/oauth2-access-to-cosmos-webhdfs-in-fiware-lab
.

I used the command line below:
curl -X POST "http://cosmos.lab.fi-ware.org:13000/cosmos-auth/v1/token" -H
"Content-Type: application/x-www-form-urlencoded" -d
"grant_type=password&username=jbr at cin.ufpe.br&password=*xxxxxxxxxxxxxx*" -k

But I get the reply message:
curl: (7) Failed to connect to cosmos.lab.fi-ware.org port 13000: No route
to host.

nslookup resolves the name to address: 130.206.80.46

But the command line above does not work.

I looked at in stackoverflow.com under tag fiware-cosmos, but I have not
found anything useful about this particular error.

May someone help me?

Thank you.
