[Fiware-lab-help] lost access to spain2

Hello,

few days ago I requested access to an additional region (Mexico)
(with FLUA-3082 or FLUA-3038 I guess).

Now I have access to Mexico, but I lost the access to Spain2. Why?

I do not know if the two are related.  Please give me back
the access to Spain2.

I do not see the Spain2 in the dropdown list and the result of
the CLI is the following:

openstack service list
admin endpoint for identity service in Spain2 region not found

I had few working machines on Spain2 that are still running and
I need to get access to them as soon as possible.
