[Fiware-lab-help] Failed to connect to server (code: 1006)

Good Morning.

I'm trying to connect to a VM created into Fiware Cloud, but it return the following error:
Failed to connect to server (code: 1006)

I Attached my account info:
-       Region: SpainTenerife
-       Project: Ilknur-chulani cloud
-       User: fernando.mendez.external at atos.net<mailto:fernando.mendez.external at atos.net>
-       Instance name:  fi-next
-       Instance ID:  151b2a31-ad58-4efa-8f73-7a8d2c31e447
-       Instance Status:  ACTIVE

Please, I'll be very appreciated to have the problem resolved as soon as possible.
