[Fiware-lab-help] FIWARE Lab Assistance

Dear fiware support,

we have been using the fiware cloud services as community users. All 
worked fine for almost a year, but now, we cannot find any of our 
servers in dasboard and also we cannot access any of our servers. What 
is going on please? We run 2 instances, but none of it is accessible for 
more than 2 weeks.

Our account is registered to my email: oldrich.kucina at claimair.com
