Using the cloud portal  you can't change your VM settings. I would recommend you to create a snapshot of the instance and a new instance from that snapshot using a larger flavor.

I Would also would like to kindly ask you to ask different questions in different tickets (completely new email to our help list). This would help us to solve the tickets better and it would also help other users who come here in search for solutions to their problems.
