Hi! I have a FI-Lab registered account. Now I'm trying to ask a Community upgrade account, so I fill in the related form by inserting: 1) my user full name, 2) my email address (as from my login account) 3) the Yes flag. The submit fails and the form returns back. Alternatively, as item n. 2 of the form, I try to insert the email address of my project major representative, but the submit fails again. Can you help me?
