Hi all,
Few hours ago I created an issue that I’m unable to access to the “cloud” tab of my account.

I cannot access to the Tenerife node to create a  backup of the VM. Can you check why I cannot access to the cloud tab?

This is to inform you the Spain-Tenerife node managed by AtoS will definitely cease operations on Oct 16th. The node will shut down and machines will be not available anymore after this date.
